TCM is honored to rebuild one of Tucson's most iconic restaurants. Zemams Ethiopian Cafe is gearing up tp reintroduce it's incredible cuisine in style. TCM is building a complex of three food service businesses including an outdoor dining and food court on over an acre of space in Downtown Tucson. We thrive in tricky environments like the Zemams project. Early 20th century buildings require a special level of care and creativity. This is a job for our crew of skilled tradesmen.
