Monsoon Chocolate Cafe

Monsoon Chocolate has produced hand-crafed chocolate in Tucson for years and it was time to find a new home. We worked with the client to utilize their existing fixtures customized with our custom touches. All systems from underground plumbing to acoustical treatments were fashioned exactly as specified, on time and on budget.  We worked with neighboring business to accommodate construction with their needs to keep the impact at a minimum.
